Keystone Medical Laboratories is a sister company of Pathology Associates and was established in 2008. 

Keystone Medical Labs was established to allow pathology technical and professional services to be performed locally. This allows for faster and more efficient services to the patients and physicians in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Keystone Medical Labs is a College of American Pathologist (CAP) accredited facility, is staffed by testing personnel who are certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP), and is quality managed by a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
